Services

WebzTek provides website design, development, and related digital services. Project details, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon before work begins.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information needed for the project

• Review and approve work within reasonable timeframes

• Ensure they have rights to any content (text, images, logos) they provide

Payments

Payment terms, deposits, and invoices will be outlined in your service agreement or proposal. Work may pause if payments are overdue.

Intellectual Property

Once full payment is received, the client owns the final website content and design unless otherwise stated. WebzTek may showcase completed work in its portfolio unless requested otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

WebzTek is not responsible for:

• Website downtime caused by third-party hosting providers

• Loss of data due to factors beyond our control

• Business losses resulting from website use or performance

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Any completed work up to that point must be paid in full.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services means you accept any changes.
